How do I place an order?
Choose your fabric and size, add it to your cart, and check out. If you prefer not to order online, you can also order by email at info@fabricla.com.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order unless a product page says otherwise.

How do I get wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing starts at 50 yards of the same fabric in the same color. For example, 50 yards of black 10 oz canvas qualifies, but 25 yards of black and 25 yards of white does not. Call (323) 313-0661 or email info@fabricla.com for a quote.

Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Call or email us as soon as possible with your order number.

How do I cancel an order?
Call or email us with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it.

Can you find a fabric you do not stock?
Yes. Call or email us with as much detail as you can about the fabric you need, and we will get back to you as soon as we have results.

Do you collect sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12 noon PT usually ship the same business day. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day. During busy seasons, please allow one extra day.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $7.99. See our Shipping Policy for Alaska, Hawaii and international orders.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive in 2 to 7 business days after they ship. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us for options.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, except for orders with 5 or more items. Those orders need a street address.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, including fabric cut by the yard from the sizes on our product pages. Items must be unused and unwashed. Please get approval before you ship anything back. Start your return at our Return Portal or email info@fabricla.com.

What does a return cost?
With Re:do ($3.98 at checkout): free return shipping and no restocking fee.
Without Re:do: you pay return shipping, a 20% restocking fee is taken from your refund, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, returns are free either way.

What is Re:do?
Re:do is an optional $3.98 add-on at checkout. It gives you free return shipping, no restocking fee, and protection if your package is lost or damaged in shipping. The $3.98 is not refundable, and Re:do does not make final-sale items returnable.

What can't be returned?
These items are final sale:

• Custom orders: printed, dyed or washed fabric, Print on Fabric orders, and custom cutting orders (fabric cut to special sizes or shapes you request)
• Mystery Fabric Box orders
• Clearance and sale items
• Gift cards

Regular yardage you choose from the size options on a product page is not a custom order and can be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or wrong, email info@fabricla.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We pay return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

How do exchanges work?
Return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to say whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
