SO this was my first time buying from this company and it is now my new favorite fabric store,. Here is why, I had an emergency because another company sent me the wrong fabric and would not help me. So I needed a fabric that I hoped was what I saw based on the image. I chatted with someone who was very kind and helpful and I asked if it could be shipped asap and explained the situation. The person in the chat was awesome and treated me nice and also fulfilled the promise to get the fabric out that day. I only ordered 1 yard so I expected that I would not be treated so nice. Afterall I am not the big money for them! Summary: Customer service 100%, Shipping 100%, Quality of fabric received 100%- Price - 76% a bit high but worth it for the experience, as we all say, you get what you pay for! So my 5 year old dancer who needed me to remake their dance outfit because the company made it to small and she has a competition to appear in will now have the perfect outfit due to the kind person in the chat and this awesome company! Thank you Thank you and I will be back with bigger orders I promise!
