We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in the same condition you received it

Unwashed, unused, uncut, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair

In original packaging where possible

You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Because we are a fabric and cut yardage business:

Cut yardage, custom cuts, special orders, and samples are not returnable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged

Wholesale and bulk orders are reviewed case by case
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@fabricla.com with your order number and details.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may be refused.
3. Return Shipping, Re:do, and Restocking Fee
Without Re:do

Unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping charges are non refundable

A 20% restocking fee may apply, especially for large orders, returns that require repackaging, or orders that received free shipping
With Re:do Free Returns + Package Protection
At checkout, you can choose to add Re:do Free Returns + Package Protection for $3.98.
If you add Re:do to your order:

Eligible returns get free return shipping

Your package is protected against loss or damage in transit according to Re:do’s terms

Re:do is a service fee and is non refundable once your order is placed
If you do not add Re:do, standard return rules apply and you are responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our side.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

You received the wrong item

There is a major discrepancy from the product description or photo
We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund. In these cases, we cover return shipping.
5. Non Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Cut yardage, custom cuts, and special orders

Samples
-
Clearance or final sale items
-
Gift cards
If you are not sure whether your item is returnable, email us before you order.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is:

Request a return for the item you have

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want
In some cases, we may offer a direct exchange if stock and logistics allow.
7. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Conditions:

Item must be in the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging

You must have proof of purchase

8. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved:
